We are a non-profit organization that wants to promote cultural and urban art forms, mainly through dance, especially breaking (formerly known as breakdance). Breaking is part of a larger culture, Hip-Hop culture, which is based on four pillars or elements: MC'ing, DJ'ing, Graffiti, and as previously mentioned, breaking.

Our goal is to use the positive power of hip-hop culture to create learning and meaningful contexts that promote well-being and self-esteem, especially among young people. In addition, we know that dancing feels good and has a range of health benefits. Not only that, a recent survey showed that young people in Malmö want to dance!

If a young person wants to do something, it needs to be accessible, such as football. Football is accessible to most people because all the infrastructure is available and there is financial support from the state and municipality for sports. Breaking is different and we want to continue to work culturally while being a physical expression, a sport, and a form of competition.

We want to help young people in Malmö to dance by making breaking accessible. It should not cost much or anything at all. Unfortunately, we do not have access to financial support for sports. Therefore, we finance our activities mainly through cultural contributors and sponsors. This is where YOU or YOUR company comes in.

What your contribution can finance:

• Fixed costs such as banking, web, software licenses
• Transports
• Facility costs and equipment to ensure accessible dance spots
• Salaries for dance teachers, educators, and project managers to prepare applications for events such as festivals, jams or competitions
• Salaries for DJs, MCs, sound engineers, and project managers for the carrying out events 

If you sponsor at least 20 000 SEK, your logo will appear on our website. All sponsors who contribute at least 1 000 SEK will be mentioned in our annual report.
